Registration Fees

Registration fees Include:

• Delegates: Access to oral and poster sessions and exhibition (with a copy of the conference leaflet, usb proceedings, bag, etc), the welcome reception on March 1, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons and the banquet on March 2
• Exhibition Visitors: Access to the exhibition area only, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons for this specific day. The welcome reception on March 1 is included in the Exhibition Visitor Registration when selected for that day

Author Registration

The authors of the papers must register as delegates no later than January 9th, 2017. We must receive Bank Transfer payments (if selected) on or before January 16th, 2017. Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fees will apply. At least one of the authors of each paper must register for attending the conference, otherwise the paper will not be included in the program

Paper Registration

It is not possible to register more than two papers per registration. Only papers complying with the abovementioned regulations will be published

Paper Presentation

In order to include the paper in the IEEE Proceedings the conference must be attended and paper be presented. Otherwise, per IEEE policies, the paper might not be included in the IEEE proceedings. In case of exteme difficulties to attend the conference, the chair (koulouridis at g.upatras.gr) should be notified the soonest possible and provisions should be made by the authors for presenting the paper

Refunds / Cancelations

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by January 30th, 2017. There will be an administrative fee of 10% + any bank expenses deducted from each refund

QR - CODE  

The iWAT2017 badges will show a QR-CODE to identify the conference attendees

Invoice

No invoices will be sent! They will be availabe at registration desk at check-in!

1IEEE Membership must be active at the time of registration or additional fee will be applied

2Student registration is valid for young researchers at undergrad or postgrad level till the age of 32. A Student ID or similar justification (to justify age and student status) must be send at conference chair at time of registration (koulouridis at g.upatras.gr) otherwise additional fee will be applied. Student ID must be available at time of conference.

3Early Bird Registration is valid till January 30th, 2017, 18:00 CET. We must receive Bank Transfer payments (if selected) on or before February 6th, 2017. Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fee will apply
